Connecting the Dots 2020

The Area 4 Family Care Council will be hosting its sixth annual Connecting the Dots conference on April 23 at the Schultz Center in Jacksonville.

This year’s keynote speaker is District Aide for the Florida House of Representatives and self-advocate Sarah Goldman. Sarah will speak about her journey as an individual with unique abilities and the community supports that she found helpful along the way. She will also share how her life was affected when she began receiving iBudget waiver services and enrolled in Consumer-Directed Care Plus (CDC+).

The conference will host breakout sessions with presentations on a variety of topics affecting the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. The conference registration fee is $15. For additional information and registration details, click here.
