Webinar Hosted on APD iConnect
APD held an informational webinar for providers regarding APD iConnect on July 25. The webinar was kicked off by APD Director Barbara Palmer and attended by over 1,450 providers, Waiver Support Coordinators, and their employees. During the course of the webinar, the APD iConnect team provided an updated overview of the implementation schedule for providers and a tour of the APD iConnect system.
Points of interest that were covered included:
- General information regarding the rolling provider training and implementation schedule
- Electronic Visit Verification
- External provider interface between APD iConnect and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems currently in use by providers
- Where to find resources and training materials
- Minimum system requirements to be ready for APD iConnect
