Gov. Scott Annuonces Appointments to Disability Groups

Governor Rick Scott recently announced the appointments of five to the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council, three to the Florida Rehabilitation Council and three to Florida Endowment Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation.

Bobbie Lake, 73, of Live Oak, is the former executive director of The Arc North Florida, Inc. He succeeds Ronni Bianco and is appointed for a term ending September 30, 2019.

Lisa Miller, 41, of Lakeland, is a volunteer and advocate for persons with disabilities. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending September 30, 2019.

Allison Flanagan, 47, of Tallahassee, is the director of Vocational Rehab for the Florida Department of Education. She succeeds Alesia McKinlay and is appointed for a term ending at the pleasure of the Governor.

Cherie Hall, 48, of Tallahassee, is the chief financial officer of Disability Rights Florida. She succeeds Maryellen McDonald and is appointed for a term ending at the pleasure of the Governor.

Cassandra G. Pasley, of Tallahassee, is the director of the division or children’s medical services for the Florida Department of Health. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending at the pleasure of the Governor.

Governor Rick Scott recently announced the appointment of Molly Hullinger to the Florida Rehabilitation Council.

Molly Hullinger, 64, of Saint Augustine, is the former transition specialist in the pre-college program at the Clerc Center, at Gallaudet University. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending June 30, 2021.

Judith White, 60, of Tallahassee, is the senior educational program director for the Florida Department of Education. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending June 30, 2019.

Stephen Hardy, 59, of Archer, is a clinical lecturer at the University of Florida. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending June 30, 2022.

Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of three to the Florida Endowment Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation (Able Trust).

Les Goldman, 58, of Tampa, is a product manager for Syniverse Technologies, LLC. He is reappointed for a term ending September 30, 2020.

Karen Moore, 60, of Tallahassee, is the chief executive officer of Moore Communications Group. She is reappointed for a term ending September 30, 2019.

Marcy Benton, 49, of Lakeland, is the vice president of human resources for Publix Supermarkets, Inc. She is reappointed for a term and ending September 30, 2020.
