The Southeast Region held their Treasure Coast provider meeting on January 24. Deputy Regional Operations Manager Rita Castor gave a presentation on incident reporting to the providers. She detailed the reporting procedures of APD and reinforced that the care and well-being of our clients, keeping them safe and healthy, is everyone’s primary goal.
