Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day
APD will be represented at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s 25th annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, on the 22nd floor of the state Capitol. Children, ages 8-18, along with their parents, caregivers, and mentors, will participate in engaging, interactive exhibits from educational institutions, organizations, and government agencies highlighting the importance of education and growing employment fields in Florida.
