Residential Options of Florida Panel

APD’s Suncoast Region attended a community event on September 27 in Venice. The event was held for individuals with developmental disabilities and their family members to discuss residential options throughout Florida. APD sat on a panel with several other agencies to discuss the programs and services that are available to individuals with a developmental disability, specifically pertaining to residential options. There was an audience of between 40-50 families, for which the panel fielded an hour’s worth of questions and answers.
