On November 3, 2016, APD Deputy Tom Rankin and Chief of Staff Karen Hagan came to the Southeast Region Office in West Palm Beach to meet with the entire office. Deputy Regional Operations Manager Rita Castor and several other staff members were recognized for their years of dedication to APD, the families we serve, and the State of Florida.
