APD recertified 50 trainers throughout the state of Florida who can provide Zero Tolerance and Direct Care Core Competencies training. In addition, in May, a pilot Train the Trainer program was implemented that will afford 68 new provider agencies the opportunity to become certified to train their own staff. The agency will continue to expand the Train the Trainer to other regions.
