Public Transportation and Transportation Disadvantaged Legislative Awareness Day
Public Transportation and Transportation Disadvantaged Legislative Awareness Day drew many to the Capitol on March 15. In the courtyard, exhibitors, including the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, had displays and information available. Communications Director Melanie Mowry Etters, Deputy Communications Director Katie Strickland, and Correspondence Manager Anne Elizabeth Clark were available to answer questions and provide information on behalf of the agency. Several performances, including “The Electric People” from Pyramid Studios, Wakulla Senior Citizens Band, and vocalist & acoustic guitarist Tony O’Donnell provided the entertainment for the event.
