Governor Rick Scott Appoints 10 to Florida Developmental Disabilities Council

Governor Rick Scott announced two appointments and eight reappointments to the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council. All the terms end September 30, 2019.

Amanda Baker, 35, of Panama City, is a technician for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Panama City. She succeeds Kathleen McCallister.

Phillip Stevens, 51, of Tampa, is a division vice president at Jacobs Engineering. He succeeds Cynthia Jackson.

Conney Dahn, 63, of Stuart, is a teacher with the Martin County School District.

Laurie Harlow, 59, of Tampa, is a registered nurse with Life Path Hospice.

Sylvia James-Miller, 58, of Ocala, is an independent waiver support coordinator with Endless Possibilities Waiver Support.

Jack Kosik, 65, of Lakeland, is the executive director of Noah’s Ark of Central Florida.

Thomas “TJ” Moon, 29, of Ocala, is the former owner of Moonscapes Inc.

Tricia Riccardi, 39, of Orlando, is the chief executive officer of The Dream Society.

Louis Towson, 69, of Marianna, is a retired custodial worker.

Victoria Zepp, 51, of Tallahassee, is the chief executive officer of Zepp Strategic Partners.
